This policy explains what PM & Company (“we”) collects when you use pmcompany.net, how we use it, who receives it, and the choices you have. It covers this website only.

What we collect

Quote requests. The quote form collects your name, email address, phone number, company, a description of your project, and any artwork or reference files you attach. We use this information to prepare your quote, answer your questions and, if you place an order, to produce and deliver it.

Licensed-program pages. Some pages are protected by a password we give to approved licensing partners. Entering the password sets a short-lived cookie so you stay signed in while you browse. It identifies the session, not you.

Technical information. Our hosting provider records the IP address, browser type and pages requested for each visit in server logs used for security and to keep the site running. These logs are not used to build profiles of visitors.

Cookies and analytics

This website uses no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies and loads no third-party tracking scripts. The only cookie it sets is the session cookie for the password-protected pages described above. We do not use advertising pixels or session-recording tools.

Who receives information

• Vercel hosts the website and keeps the server logs described above.
• Resend delivers quote requests, including attached files, to our inbox by email.

We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for advertising. We may disclose information when the law requires it or to protect our rights, our customers or the public.

Your choices and rights

You may ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or ask us not to contact you. Email info@pmcompany.net and we will respond within 45 days. We honor these requests for everyone, whether or not a particular privacy law applies to you.

Retention and security

Quote requests and order records are kept as long as we need them to serve you and to meet our legal and tax obligations. The site is served over HTTPS and access to our email is limited to people who need it.

Children

The website is not directed to children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
